Pretzels were mediocre at best. It also took them 30 minutes just to make my pretzel. The service was lousy and they were too busy on their phones to serve the line that kept growing.

Needed more employees & friendlier employees. WAY understaffed for a Saturday! One of our orders was cooked fresh & was fine. The other was so hard we just threw it out. It was the pretzel bites...
