Established as Industrial Machine Specialties in 1974 by former high school friends Elmer Wessel and Nick Cusick, SourceOne has served its industrial client base for more than 30 years. Within the company s job shop division, it has continually added technology, updating its equipment in order to offer competitive pricing, quality and delivery. In 1992 the company founded Industrial Powder Coating to serve an untapped market in the eastern Nebraska region for superior powder coated metal finishing. Its SignCo division was created in 1994 to provide dependable and versatile onsite advertising opportunities primarily to the sports marketing industry. Scoring tables, stadium ribbon message boards and digital full-color printing are a few of the products that SignCo makes. SourceOne is headquartered in Lincoln, Neb.

Hughes Brothers operates its own wood preserving facility, which is maintained and operated completely in accordance with EPA guidelines. The company operates a wood, metal and fiberglass manufacturing facility in Seward, Neb. Hughes Brothers early production was centered around wood products such as cross-arms, braces, wood guy guards and ground wire moulding. As the industry grew in the early 1940's, pole line hardware and custom manufactured metal fittings and parts were added to the expanding product line. Hughes Brothers has a versatile metal fabrication facility complete with its own galvanizing plant, and its wood working shops can handle almost any size material.
