Stay far away from here, they don't give a crap when your AC breaks so enjoy at least 5 days of 90 degree heat in your apartment. They completely lie in their ad saying they have emergency...

These people are slum lords. I filled out work orders slips and called for 6 months about the water damage in my home before they told me that I should "just go ahead and take care of that...

I would never suggest renting from The Willows. My overall experience was the worst renting experience I have ever had. The management is awful, I could probably do their job better than they do...

If I could rate a 0 I would. The apt itself (large 1 bed 850+ sq. ft) was nice for the price but went up $25/month every year. Garages with no opener went up to $75/month after my first 2 years??...
