History

Since 1992, owner Scott Hubbard and Debbi S. have been serving The Mailroom customers with a smile and a helpful attitude. We see many of our customers and their children on a daily or weekly basis so we're on a first-name basis. They've become friends. It's these personal relationships that make our work fun, interesting and worth going the extra mile. When you mail or ship your items with us, you have ONE point of contact. If anything should delay your package, all you need to do is call us and we'll take it from there. No need to call an 800 number. We have inside contacts with all of our shipping services so it's much easier for us to investigate any mishaps. When you ship with us, your recipients' names and addresses are entered into our database (for barcode labeling). This makes future shipments to your recipients a breeze (and speedy) because we already have their mailing information. Our customers LOVE this benefit. Specialties

We are an authorized shipping outlet for UPS shipping, FedEx Express and FedEx Ground. U.S. postal services are also available along with books and rolls of postage stamps. We offer guaranteed packaging services for most items including computers, laptops, glassware, fragile items, golf clubs, guitars and framed art. Or you can pack it yourself - we sell packaging supplies galore (corrugated shipping boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts). Other services offered at The Mailroom: Private mailbox rental service, notary public service, secure shredding by Datashield, fax transmission service, and gift wrapping service. We have greeting cards, too.
