Jefferson Community Health & Life operates a 17-bed, acute care Critical Access Hospital in Fairbury, Nebraska. We offer inpatient and outpatient services, including obstetrics, surgery, therapy, screenings, and emergency services. We also provide additional health and life services for the community, including Jefferson Community Health & Life Fairbury Clinic for primary care, Jefferson Community Health & Life Gardenside for long-term care, Jefferson Community Health & Life Burkley Fitness Center and Jefferson Community Health & Life Home Health services. In addition, Jefferson Community Health & Life supports numerous educational programs and community support groups.

Clay County Medical Center offers a full range of medical services to Clay County and surrounding communities. The center offers various outpatient services, such as cardiac rehabilitation, physical therapy, dietary instructions and repiratory therapy. The center also has a radiology department that is staffed with four registered technologists and offers a full range of radiology services, such as ultrasound, fluoroscopy and tomography. It offers additional radiological services, including vascular and cardiac ultrasound, bone densitometry and mammography. The center s clinic offers various specialties, such as audiology, cardiology, hematology, neurology, oncology and urology. Clay County Medical Center also offers a laboratory that is staffed with medical technologists and lab technicians. It also offers several support groups, including diabetes group and stroke group.
