F storage mart! raised my rate $25 in two years and this last increase went up $12 on January 1st without receiving any notification. I never received an email or anything through US Mail. Greedy...

Management is horrible. They do not return calls. Have left repeated voicemails and call back number. This just started recently as they were good when I started renting.
