Meh. The staff is always changing and the haircuts are ok for the money. I do love the hot towel and shampoo. It's very relaxing.

Way over priced, poor customer service and dirty. The rugs were matted with hair. Both ladies were crabby and had terrible people skills. One lady was so rough with razors, she left my 8 year old...

They won't accept cash so they lost our business. Very inconvenient and the stylist agreed she hated the policy also. The service was good though.
