Serving the Omaha/Council Bluffs Communities for nearly 10 years, we have rebranded and relocated to West Omaha. Our company was established in 2009 in the Old Market under the name Transpersonal Health, LLC and now has revamped and expanded, still offering all of our integrative health and wellness services including Yoga and Pilates.

We are a multifaceted wellness center and yoga studio providing integrative mental health and wellness services along with mind-body therapies like Yoga and Pilates. We believe if you are working on your heart, mind and spirit then you should also be working on your body.
