Buyer beware! Buyer Beware! Buyer Beware! Sherwood Homes is the worst. Don't try to have any warrantee work done with them. They will hang up on you multiple times and deny any responsibility....

Unfortunately looks like they still aren't a good builder. Bought a house that they built back in the 90's, what a piece of garbage job they did. Shouldn't be allowed to ever build houses again!...

Stay far away from them and their Agent Reps, they lie and push to get you in contract. None of there "meetings " are convenient for the average working person, so you are paying them to build...
