Security First Insurance is an arm of Security First Bank, providing insurance for family, home, auto, business, farm or ranch. The firm carries a full line of products from some of the country's most respected insurance carriers. The roots of Security First Bank have been growing since the late 1800s. The bank s history is tied directly to the heritage of western Nebraska. It began as The Stockmens Bank of Rushville, Neb., in 1898, when nine ranchers opened the bank with a total investment of $15,000. Today, Security First is a financial services leader in Nebraska and South Dakota, with 21 branch locations from Lincoln and Martell to Rapid City and Martin, Neb., along with six insurance offices. The bank has hundreds of ATMs across Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota and Kansas, and a unique mobile banking service.
