The Schramm Education Center, formerly known as the Aksarben Aquarium, allows visitors to learn about Nebraska’s aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems through unique, interactive exhibits. Additionally, visitors can access the adjacent Schramm Park State Recreation Area.

This is a wonderful center for kids of all ages. The tinker/maker space is fantastic. There is also a campsite creative play area that has great props to promote play.

A wonderful State Park along the valley of the Platte River that provides amazing views in the drive there. The bottom area provides a place to stop and have a picnic, feed some fish and check out...

I have driven by this place and never really knew it was there - I love that a part of the place that I can easily visit is right on the river. I am so glad that some friends have recommended it...

A great place for a great walk. It doesn't have a lot of bike trails off of the main road the education center with all the fish in aquarium stuff is really well done.
