Have trouble with getting my temp sensitive medication filled/shipped every time. It's always someone else's fault. Have been told by them to not use the app but to call instead. I call 2 weeks...

I give them 0 stars. This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. One of every 3 times I try to refill my prescription there is a problem - usually with the savings card....
