Faith Regional Home Health offers professional health services which have been prescribed by a physician and are performed in the home of a patient. These services are provided on an intermittent basis to patients of all ages requiring a variety of assistance, from nursing care to therapy. Our goal is to decrease the time spent in a hospital by allowing you to recuperate at home, surrounded by familiar settings and friendly faces.

Our goal is to provide physical, occupational and speech therapy and sports medicine at the highest possible level. We consider it both an honor and a privilege to assist dedicated physicians in the treatment of individual therapy needs.
