Unlike other women's fitness centers, Rockbrook Women's Gym caters to the real health needs of women while making it convenient and affordable for everyone. There is no magic pill or magic formula for achieving or maintaining good health. It is hard work and determination combined with sensible eating that helps each woman reach her goals. The staff at Rockbrook Women's Gym help each woman by providing great health information sessions, wonderful classes, helpful aides and products so you can get the most from your gym. We recognize that there is a choice when choosing a women's only gym but we are the only fully equipped gym for weight training, nutritional services, and 24 hour access in the Omaha area.

Fantastic facility. Clean, great classes, 24 hour access, a wide variety of weights, machines, and equipment and women only. Friendly and professional management, I highly recommend this facility!

Just started at the gym a month ago. It's like a brand-new space! Love the support and the new classes that are free with membership. Loving it!!!
