Nebraska Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is a 172-bed facility located in Omaha, Neb. It provides services, such as rehabilitation, restorative, hospice, wound care, infusion therapy, transportation, dietary and respite care. Founded in 1994, the facility operates more than 40 centers in California, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Nevada and Ohio.
