Polley Music Library, Lincoln City Libraries

Lincoln City Libraries works to foster the habit of reading in the general public and provides access to various forms of information to enrich people's lives. It offers a preschool program that focuses on early literacy through vocabulary development and participation opportunities in language-related activities for children between the ages of three and five. The library has book discussion groups, as well as provides Internet and computer classes for children, youths and adults. In association with Lincoln Journal Star, it sponsors One Book - One Lincoln, which is a community reading project. Lincoln City Libraries maintains online research tools, reference materials and local event calendars. The library is governed by the City of Lincoln in Nebraska.
