We also offer weight loss through IDEAL PROTEIN and are a certified practitioner for Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals. Most insurances are accepted including UNITED HEALTH CARE, BCBS, AETNA, MEDICARE, MEDICAID, and MIDLAND'S CHOICE. We also treat AUTO ACCIDENT injuries and WORKER'S COMP. Dr. Cerveny is a Magna Cum Lade 1998 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA.
