Before we went to the museum, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. There isn't many choices in Minden as you can imagine... We drove from North Colorado toward to Omaha, Nebraska....
The restaurant was on an old fashion rail car and was exactly what I expected I enjoyed it and didn't have expectations to get a belly filler meal but it tasty over all and hit the spot.
We just had a very nice Mother's Day brunch buffet here. the prime rib was excellent; thin slices but you can go back for as much as you like. The smoked pork loin was delicious, the fried chicken...
