Personal Threads Boutique was founded in 1994 by Carolyn Lewis, owner of Lewis Art Gallery. An avid knitter and lover of needlecrafts, Carolyn opened Personal Threads both to mix business with pleasure, and to address the lack of high-quality supply outlets in our area. Her commitment to quality, customer service, and fair prices continues today, as we boast an inventory among the largest and most diverse in the US. PTB remains a small, family-run shop, but it's a small shop with TONS of yarns. Over 1, 000 different kinds of yarns in thousands of unique colors! We also carry a wide assortment of needles, buttons, looms, fabrics, flosses, patterns, books, magazines, handpainted needlepoint canvases, and just about any kind of needlecraft supplies you can imagine.
