Tried to get a loan with this bank. Branch 14th and Q street. Ann made it very inconvenient to close on the loan. She was always out of the office. It sounds as if this is an on going issue.

Extremely unhappy from my experience, wasted a lot of my time. Unfairly compete with other banks then do not follow-through on commitments. I think it is called a bait and switch business...
