Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital is a nonprofit hospital governed by a local board of directors and sponsored by the Diocesan Health Ministries of Lincoln. It offers more than 250 beds with multiple levels of care on a 22-acre park-like campus in a residential neighborhood with spacious lawns and shade trees, courtyards, sculpture gardens and walking paths. The hospital provides health care services to patients faced with spinal cord injury, stroke, traumatic brain injury and other serious conditions. It also offers an intensive therapy program seven days a week and 24-hour rehabilitation nursing and physician supervision services. The hospital has more than 1,000 employees, and offers a free data port in each patient s room.
