Food is delicious! We got hibachi chicken and hibachi shrimp with crab Rangoon and some edamame. Sauce was tasty and it comes with rice. The Rangoon is a must when you come here! Will get sushi...

Came back a year later for lunch. Still absurdly delicious. Can confirm. If you're passing through Beatrice, find this food truck downtown. The best.

Very good sushi and hibachi chicken, wish they'd find an actual building instead of just having a food truck but excellent sushi and food and very nice staff.

So normally this place is pretty good and I don't really leave reviews, but this time it didn't seem like they tried and I'm pretty upset. I'm about 80-90% sure they didn't clean some cleaner off...

The hibachi chicken and crab Rangoon was very good. I would highly recommend this place. Don't let the look of the truck fool you!!
