The prices are always going up and there's a reason people with low income shop there is because we can't afford new!Also i seen some of the workers there going through the things people donate...

The lady at the front desk was very rude! She was disrespectful and unwilling to help. I was told I could exchange clothes if they didn't fit and the lady got defensive and said she wouldn't do it.
