We have 6 motel rooms (exterior entrance) amenities include mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pots, flat screen TV. Our 5 bedroom 1 1/2 bath lodge (sleeps 14) includes full kitchen, 2 stoves, 2 full size refrigerators, coffee pot, flat screen TV. Our 1 bedroom cottage (sleeps 5) includes kitchen area (seats 5) with full size fridge, microwave, sink, hotplate. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV throughout property. Additional amenities: BBQ grills, patio areas on 1 1/2 acre property in quiet small town. Plenty of restaurants, grocery store 12 miles away, C-store 1/2 mile away. 10 minutes to Lake McConaughy, 2 miles from Ash Hollow State Park, Clear Creek Wildlife Refuge, Art Gallery in town. Free community pool open Memorial Day to first week in August. Our property is a popular gathering place for family reunions, retreats, hunting and fishing groups.
