Customer service is always great at FNB. I frequent the drive thru and they're as pleasant as it gets for being at a drive thru. I think the camera/tv they have at each stall is pretty cool....

Bank Teller made an insensitive comment to me while I was in there depositing money. I had to provide proof of my Mother's death certificate and she had the audacity to make an insensitive comment...

Employees of local businesses should NOT have to provide photo IDs and social security numbers to be bank when depositing money on behalf of their employer! It makes me very uncomfortable writing...

Always make sure ur deposit got into ur acct. Mine didn't (went into my sons acct) even though check was accompanied with atm/debt card.
