We ordered a chicken Alfredo ravioli and they rang up garlic chicken Alfredo and when we confront them about it they have an attitude about it and said here then.

Went to Fazoli's at 7:00 pm. One employee was busy filling orders, so we waited patiently for maybe 10 more minutes. Another employee finally came, we thought to wait on us. Well she unplugged...

Went two hours before it closed. We didn't get served 30 minutes before we got our food. The store was trashed. It looked like a bomb went off. The food was good as always though.

I like Fazoli's. Just not this one. My feet stuck to the floor. Staff was just there. Not rude but not welcoming. The food was ok. Charged for random drink Let's just say I won't be back...
