Falls City Middle School

Established in 1926, Falls City High School has an enrollment of approximately 300 students in grades 9 through 12. The school is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement. Its core curriculum includes English, Spanish, math, science, social science, computers, and health and physical education. Falls City High School offers membership options for the Future Farmers of America (FFA), National Honor Society (NHS), Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA). The school provides various several sports activities, such as cross-country, football, softball, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, golf, cheerleading, and track and field. Located in Falls City, Neb., it is governed by Falls City Public Schools.

Falls City South Elementary School houses grades three to five with an average student enrollment of 200 students. Based in Falls City, Neb., it offers physical education, music, a guidance counselor, speech and language therapy, a nurse, and a media specialist. On a daily basis, its food service program offers breakfast and lunch program. Falls City Sacred Heart School is located in Falls City, Neb.
