Evelyn's Bakery, originally established in 1984 in Portland, Oregon, was a beloved family-run business operated by Lee and Irma List for 24 years. After the bakery's closure in January 2008 due to the owners' retirement and the impending demolition of their location, Evelyn, their daughter, has continued the tradition by offering special orders and participating in local events.
While Evelyn has chosen not to maintain a retail location at this time, she continues to create and design wedding cakes, special occasion cakes, pies, and other baked goods. Customers are welcome to inquire about orders, with a couple of days' notice appreciated for special requests.

My boyfriend and I ordered TOGO food last night here and are coming back for sure! The food is authentic, great portions and great price. Also the staff is very nice and helpful! Highly recommend...
