The wrap was good. It was cold in the middle and rather than warming it for me, they replaced it. That was nice. They replaced it with a flatbread, though, and I didn't care for that as much....

Not sure why I keep giving them chances. My last 4 experiences: -didn't add any of the flavors to my latte -again didn't add any of the flavors to my latter -waited inside by myself for 6 minutes....
