Took us 40 minutes to get our food The food was ok, then had more time to get our ice cream, Short staffed everybody in the dining room was frustrated

Food was poorly cooked and put together I am disappointed with service I received, eployees (except for William) were Exremely rude and refused to accept my thanks, the ambience in the building...

Recently changed ownership and customer service has gone down drastically. Have always loved this location but recent visits have been less then stellar. Today's visit was a huge catastrophe....
