When you make an appointment they say walk ins welcome, appointment's preferred But, you get there and even with an appointment they tell you 20-30 minute wait time for just a simple cut. Thats...

Keep their busy hours in mind or book an appointment. I recently waited over an hour and a half for a walk in appointment. Totally not their fault, but something to be mindful of!
