Always very personable personnel. They treat you as a valued customer always. If a problem arises they take the time to rectify it.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with any bank. Falsely accused me of fraud, never got back to me to resolve it, and acted totally unprofessionally. Do not bank with Cobalt.
