Big Green Q

History

We are not your ordinary Food Truck and don't let the BBQ label fool you. Yes, we do Brisket and pulled pork but also so much more. We cook on 2 Big Green Eggs with different locally sourced wood. We use Wagyu beef, antibiotic and hormone free chicken, pork, and locally sourced fresh produce whenever available. We are eco-friendly! We drive and cook on CNG (compressed natural gas). MUD has backed us on this conversion and we are also backed by The Nebraska Environmental Trust Fund. Our to-go containers, utensils and napkins etc. are 90% or more compostable. Our Truck is Green and so are we. We make our own sauces, from red bbq to yellow Carolina: we want to make it fresh-from scratch. We have made a commitment to cook great food, to respect the environment, and to give great service from our food truck that we believe in passionately.
