Slowest experience I have had in a long time at a food place. It took fifteen minutes from ordering to receiving. We were warned so I timed it. Not crazy busy either considering it was lunch time.

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich "Meatcraft", and our dedication to Meatcraft informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It's why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we're happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

The service was sooo slow manager was yelling at underage children and my sandwich had MOLD IN IT. This is absolutely a food service violation! 1 STAR

Amazing food one of the employees went into the bathroom with me for only $10.99 what a steal anyway definitely coming back hope the employee is there

I've gotten quite a few orders from this location from the drive thru, only to get home & the order is all wrong. I don't ask for anything special, just order off the menu so I don't understand...

Ordered on line waited 15 minutes at the window just to get the wrong order. This is the last time I order at that store. These people don't give a crap about quality or service. Sorry can't post...
