Fantastic agents. Great local agency, definitely recommend if you want an office that cares and remembers your name.

Melnik Insurance is probably a good insurance company.......but the receptionist Amanda is mean as a snake. I tried to take care of some insurance business for my parents Estate and she was EVIL....

Really disappointed in the customer service of this company. Have had insurance with their company since first becoming a homeowner in 2014, and all I've had are denied claims and poor coverage....

This WAS my agent for the past 4 years, and I too have NEVER had any contact with the man. Apparently all customer relations are handled by asst's. They couldn't get home details correct even...
