Butte post office has absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I wish I caught the ladies name but whoever I dealt with is the exact reason that people HATE postal workers and the post office.

This is how a fragile package arrived when delivered from USPS. Good thing the package only held paper products or I would be picking up pieces.

Absolutely terrible customer service. In the office there is a man that is great. However when filing a complaint on item they said was delivered to my mail box and was not they said basically...

Horrendous. They lose packages and don't pick up or deliver mail daily. Instead, they'll mark "undeliverable" instead of doing their job.
