This is hands down the worst bank. When I went in to set up a trust account AFTER 12 years of banking the "manager" had a teller do all the paperwork. AFTER 1.5 HOURS it was still not finished....

US Bank in Kalispell Montana is the worst Bank I have ever delt with. Poor customer service, very poor Management!!! Lot of better choices of Banks in the Kalispell Montana area.

OMG DO NOT EVER try to do a mortgage refinance with this bank! They screwed me over royally!!! Cancelled the whole thing the day before closing!!!!! For reasons I'm still not sure of!...
