Quality and service has really dropped. Bought a half dozen assorted bagels and when I got home and sliced them, 4 of the bagels(3 of which were different varieties) were not baked all the way....

Waited for my food for 45 mins. I asked twice and they were rude. Not great service at all. Wouldn't recommend. It was 4 dang bagels. It shouldn't take this long
