Near many homeless. No elevator. Rude at check in Old and run down. We tried to change to Super 8 in Belgrade but Expedia wouldn't do it. The worst!

Lost my reservation, TV did not work properly and was LIED to concerning the reason. Changed price after we checked in. Did not speak proper English and would not resolve issues.
