Spectrum offered to pay my cell phone for a year then 25$ a month. It works just as well as my 75$ a month bill from Verizon

Worst customer service EVER! The employees stand around and talk to each other about meaningless stuff. Read the room people! There's a long line. Good grief!

This store is horrible. 1 employee for all the customers waiting. Been here for 1 1/2 hrs and not moving very fast at all. Manager doesn't even know how to do his job. Do not recommend Spectrum or...
