It provides a range of academic and occupational learning opportunities for children from 14 to 21 years. The organization s youth program includes tutoring assistance, study skills training, adult mentoring, guidance and counseling. It also offers a low-income energy assistance program that pays a part of winter energy bills for eligible families.
