I ordered a deluxe arrangement for a memorial service. When I saw the video of the memorial and saw the arrangement I was shocked. What they sent was a small arrangement with 2 lillies and 2 roses...

If there's a way to leave zero stars I would! It's bad enough to lose a family member but to have 2 out of 3 deliveries from other family members not show up and be told that they did by the owner...
