RY Timber consists of two sawmills located in Townsend and Livingston, Mont. The Company one of the leading suppliers of quality studs. RY Timber first became a reality when Ron Yanke of Boise, Idaho purchased Sequoia Forest Industries from the Wickes Company over 20 years ago. The Townsend operation came with the Wickes purchase and in 1996 the Livingston operation was acquired. The Montana mills have timber holdings to secure a continuing future timber supply along with state of the art equipment insuring its continuance of producing a quality product.
