If there were prizes for friendly, Rice Fine Thai would not be a winner. With that said, the food at this chain is okay. The soup and the green sauce brought the heat, and I really liked that....

Had a quick lunch here today! Delicious fried wonton appetizer and then we both had the Chicken Pad Thai special with an egg roll and salad. Lunch was yummy, the salad dressing was quite tasty....
