Five Valleys Urology had yet to be formed when Dr. David Guth, one of our founding partners, struck out on his own in 1977 to form a solo practice in the newly constructed Garden City Medical Arts Building. Throughout the years, Dr. Guth shared space with other urologists but it wasnt until 1998, when Dr. Karl Westenfelder joined him, that they saw the need for an additional urologist in Missoula. Together, Drs. Guth & Westenfelder brought Dr. Garrick Simmons to the community in 2001 and Five Valleys Urology was formed in 2002. Dr. Kevin Kronner joined the group upon Dr. Guths retirement in 2006. The group has flourished ever since, with Dr. Christopher Wicher joining in 2011, Rick Wiesemann, PA-C joining in 2011, Whitney Martin, PA-C joining in 2012 and Jeffrey D Redshaw joining in 2019.
