Stayed here many times it's always been "ok" price kept it exceptional as we got a warm shower and a pot of coffee with an in room bathroom and a tv if we wanted to use it. Never stayed for work...

It is clean, comfortable and completely safe. Yes the lobby stinks. Yes, it is a little sketchy to look at. It is not the Ritz. But, it is fine. It has an adorable kitchenette.
