Promotions, contests, live music and special races along with racing and entertainment make Montana Downs a popular attraction with racing fans and visitors. Families are able to enjoy a day at the races, and by catering for a diverse crowd, the park is able to attract people from all walks of life.Live horse racing begins during the Montana State Fair at Montana ExpoPark at the end of July. The race meet features a variety of Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse stakes races with major high stakes events. Parking is FreeGeneral admission is FREE. On fair days general admission is free with purchase of fair admission.

My son and I went to the Jurassic Quest expo at the Pacific Steel and Recycling building. It was a BLAST! So much to see and do. Great time! I hope it comes back next year, I will be taking both...

Hardly no vendors this year. It seems to get smaller every year. Lot's of good fair food for everyone but never anything gluten free, so many of us miss out. I could give it a 5 star rating if...
