High quality Hammer Strength and Life Fitness weight equipment are housed in this 9000 sq. foot facility. This gym also has a Juice Bar, Full service Nutrition store, Nutritional counseling, as well as complete locker and shower facilities. In addition to our main facility we have a Group Fitness Facility offering some of the most exciting group classes around.
