The storage units are clean and well kept the owners are nice. The winters are rough out here so make sure to put plastic down and wrap your belongings in case of water from snow melt

Terrible service! units freeze shut during winter months, and owner tells you it is your responsibility to chip the ice away to gain access. They also require 30 days notice to stop your contract...
