BBQ slow smoked using Flathead cherry wood for pork and pecan wood from Oklahoma for beef. We are primarily a catering company who loves to cook for smaller groups as long as we have plenty of advance notice. We offer pulled pork, brisket, st louis ribs, tri-tip and chicken. Our sides are coleslaw, red beans, mac n cheese, watermelon salad, potato salad and pasta salad.
